Triple D Nursing & homecare LTD is very well organised and resourced to ensure that the services we provide are effective and of the highest standards. We ensure that all our staff has the correct employment checks and updates.

All of our staff has an Enhanced DBS. All mandatory training is updated when required to meet the CQC essential standards.

A detailed employment history must be obtained from all prospective employees this will be checked to ensure people using the service are cared for to the set standard.

The Senior Management Team (SMT) are responsible for the recruitment selection and
interviewing of potential staff.

At the interview, there is an initial assessment of basic skills so that future training and
appropriate placements can be identified.
